Eric brings 25+ years of Leadership and Management experience to the Staff and Clients of The Payroll Department. A life path of outdoor experiential education and adventure has brought Eric into the Wilderness facilitating personal growth experiences for business executives and youth. Working for Outward Bound, climbing the big walls of Yosemite Valley, and most recently spending a month in an Ashram in the remote Himalaya have all contributed to what he brings in leading the Payroll Department employees and culture.
